Monday to Saturday - Fishing, Meals & Fun!

• Sunday – Arrival

  • Land at Tulum (TQO), pick up by lodge transfers (~2.5–3 hrs to Xcalak).

  • Settle into beachside suites, enjoy a welcome cocktail and sunset chat in the permit palapa bar.

• 6 full days of guided flats fishing for bonefish, permit, tarpon, snook, and jacks in crystal‑clear Chetumal Bay and nearby lagoons.

• Two anglers per panga with lead and assistant guide focusing on sight‑fishing, poling, and wading strategies.

• Permit is the star target, while bonefish and tarpon are more plentiful; aim for the Grand Slam if you are feeling adventurous.

• Meal schedule:

• Breakfast and coffee around 6–7 am at the beachfront palapa.

• Lunch served on the water: sandwiches, fruit, snacks, and drinks.

• Afternoon happy hour at 5 pm, dinner around 6:30 pm featuring fresh local seafood and delicious shared stories.

• Sunday – Departure

• Farewell breakfast and transfer back to Tulum for flights.

Length of stay: 

• 6 full days of fishing – wade and skiff

• 7 nights, double occupancy lodging

Does not include: 

• Roundtrip flights to Tulum

• Wet wading gear

• Fly fishing gear, equipment, and flies for use during the trip

• Meals prior to arriving at Xcalak

• Gratuities for guides & lodge staff

Cancellation / refund policy: 50% of trip cost due at time of booking, last 50% of trip cost due 60 days prior to the trip date. Should you cancel your trip, a refund will be made only if your space can be filled, minus a 10% service charge. We make no refunds nor assume any additional expenses if weather or any reason beyond our control renders you unable to complete a trip or any other part of an itinerary. We reserve the right to cancel a trip because of low enrollment or other circumstances and will refund all funds paid to us in such a case.
